Ms. Oladele provides psychotherapy to adults of all ages, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their experiences, gain insights, and develop coping strategies. She specializes in helping clients navigate relationship concerns, life transitions, identity issues, trauma, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and academic challenges. With a genuine and authentic presence, Ms. Oladele empowers clients to reach their fullest potential.

Hailing from the vibrant streets of New York City and raised in a culturally rich Nigerian-American household, Ms. Oladele is deeply committed to enhancing mental health care within marginalized communities. A fierce advocate for social justice, she recognizes the profound influence of systemic oppression on well-being and strives to address the intersectional nature of social injustices in her work. Ms. Oladele believes that therapy is most effective when centering clients' unique cultural backgrounds and values, helping them identify, navigate, and resist oppressive structures.

Through her experience providing therapy and consultation at the Buffalo State University Counseling Center and her ongoing doctoral training in Counseling Psychology at the APA-accredited program at the University at Buffalo, SUNY, Ms. Oladele has become attuned to the unique challenges and joys faced by undergraduate and graduate students, as well as early career professionals. She draws upon this expertise to provide tailored support to individuals in academic and professional settings.

Beyond her clinical work, Ms. Oladele is a scholar and educator. She presents on diversity and inclusion, teaches courses on multiculturalism to undergraduate students, and conducts research on topics such as Black Women's experiences with colorism in social media, which was the focus of her dissertation. Through these efforts, she aims to amplify marginalized voices, challenge dominant narratives, and cultivate a more equitable and just society for all.
